As a reminder all appointments booked online are BY REQUEST ONLY. After requesting an appointment we will reach out to finish scheduling and confirm the appointment date and time. Not all availability is shown online. If you don’t see something that works for you, please add yourself to the waitlist with your desired date and time and we will reach out to schedule. Lastly, your appointment WILL NOT be confirmed without a card on file. Failure to put a card on file will result in a cancelled appointment.

Things happen, we get it! For your convenience, all appointments cancelled 48 hours prior will be free of charge. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until the fee is paid. For emergency situations, please call or text ASAP.

We work hard to accommodate, but sometimes it just isn’t possible. More than 15 minutes late will constitute as a no-show appointment and will result in a no-show fee since we cannot fulfill your service at that point.

We respect your time, and kindly ask that you do the same. When you no-show your appointment, we are unable to fill that space, and consequently lose time and money. No show appointments will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until the fee is paid.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on products. If a product comes damaged or you experience an allergic reaction please contact us immediately.
We do not offer any refunds on services.
Repeated cancellations or no shows, refusal to abide by studio policies, or inappropriate behavior will result in refusal of service.
